YERA is a return to the origins of living and eating culture. Forest cuisine is characterized by the revival of millennia-old traditions and flavours that have grown out of a way of life in harmony with nature and the seasons.
In keeping with the original idea, a fixed sequence is offered every evening without a choice of food and drinks. A vegetarian or vegan option or intolerances to certain foods can be taken into account with advance notice at the booking.
The evening at the forest restaurant is a ceremony that follows ritualized, unifying sequences. During the communal meal around an open fire, Chef Roland Lamprecht serves dishes that are based on the season and distance themselves from classic menu sequences.
In order to ensure a holistic experience of the evening ceremony, mobile devices and cameras are not permitted at YERA and must be left in the suite or in the locker at YERA reception.
The forest restaurant is reserved for adults over the age of 14. Dogs are not allowed.
