The inspiring power of nature.
YERA celebrates the return to a culture of living and eating that has developed in harmony with the nature and seasons of the Alpine regions. The forest cuisine takes its inspiration from the revival of ancient traditions and wisdoms, presenting them in the form of entirely new flavours, tastes and combinations.

The Celtic term YERA symbolises a time of abundance and variety, evoking the harvest, the high point of the annual cycle. In keeping with the original idea, the cycles of nature determine a fixed sequence of food and drinks each evening – no choice is available. All drinks have a low, natural alcohol content; non-alcoholic drinks are served as an alternative. Vegetarian and vegan diets and food intolerances can of course be catered for if notified in advance.
An evening at the forest restaurant is akin to a ceremony that follows ritualised, unifying processes. It features a communal meal around an open fire, with host and chef Roland Lamprecht serving dishes inspired by nature and the seasons, all while dispensing with the conventions of the classic menu sequence, methods of preparation and forms of enjoyment. Forest sommelier Hannes Unterberger then creates specially paired drinks for each dish.

Situated in the middle of the forest, YERA is reminiscent of a cave that invites guests to savour a communal evening ceremony. In the spirit of a holistic experience marked by mindfulness, we insist that you leave all mobile devices and cameras in the lockers at the restaurant reception.
Guests of the forest restaurant must be aged 14 years and over. Pets are not permitted.
An evening at YERA, including all food and drinks, costs €650.
